It happens in older Tampa Bay homes. Our promise: we stop, show it to you, and document it. You get a written change order with the cost and schedule impact before any additional work happens, never a surprise on the final invoice.
How much of a deposit do you require?
Typically 10% or less to secure your project on our schedule. The rest is billed at clearly defined milestones, so payments always track with completed work.
