Our story
Salt & Pepper Design & Construction was established by Jonathan Doron and Nadav Avizedek, experienced construction professionals with more than 15 years of combined expertise in residential renovations and home improvement. After years of managing projects for other contractors, they recognized a gap in the industry: a need for a renovation company that seamlessly combines exceptional design expertise with a transparent, client-focused process homeowners can trust.
Today, Salt & Pepper proudly serves homeowners throughout Tampa, Sarasota and Pinellas County, specializing in kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, home additions and whole-home remodeling, with high-quality craftsmanship, innovative design solutions and a stress-free renovation experience from concept to completion.

Deep expertise in residential construction, remodeling and custom design. Known for attention to detail and a client-focused mindset, Nadav works closely with homeowners and project teams to ensure every renovation reflects the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and functionality.

Deposits of 10% or less, then milestone billing that tracks completed work. You should never be paying a remodeler far ahead of the job.
A written 2-year workmanship warranty on every qualifying project. If a covered issue is our workmanship, we correct it at no cost.
